CTRL ALT HELP collects the details you provide when you call, email, or submit the contact form, such as your name, contact details, suburb, device type, and a description of the issue.

We use this information to respond to your inquiry, arrange service, provide quotes, complete repairs, and keep basic service records.

Computer repair work can involve access to files, accounts, device settings, or personal information stored on your device. We only access what is reasonably needed to diagnose or complete the agreed work.

Contact form submissions are processed by Formspree. We do not sell customer information.

Back up important files before a repair where possible. If your device contains sensitive work, study, financial, medical, or personal material, please tell us before work begins.
